Gates are closed from 10PM to 8AM daily. If you arrive during these hours, you must park outside the gate. This area is not a towaway zone. A truck will be available to bring your gear to your campsite.

Friday

• 2PM: Site opens.
• 4-6PM: Coursing of hounds in open field.
• 5PM: Children's Joust and Quintain.

• 7PM: Japanese Feast in the Lodge. Reservations are required.
• 10PM: Gate closes. Late arrivals must park outside the gate.

Saturday

• 8AM: Front gate opens.
• 9AM: Shire Archery Tournament... Cancelled! The Archery championship has been moved to Midge Marsh.
• 10AM: Shire Heavy Championship Tourney.
• 11AM: Shire Rapier Championship Tourney.
• 10AM-Noon: Adult Origami class and Origami boat races with The Honorable Lady Bianca.

• 10AM-Noon: Children's activities in the Lodge.
• Noon: Lunch.
• 1PM: Japanese Quest begins.
• 4PM: Kabuki (part of Quest) near Lodge.
• 5PM-7PM: Capture Flag Melee in forest (Heavy and Rapier).
• 10PM: Gate closes. Late arrivals must park outside the gate.

Sunday

• 8AM: Front gate opens
• 10AM: Children's Boffer Tourney.
• 10AM-Noon: Children's activities in the Lodge.
• Noon: Lunch.
• 1PM-5PM: Children's activities in the Lodge.
• 1PM-3PM: Seven Samurai City Melee in open field (Heavy and Rapier).
• 3PM-5PM: Other Melee (TBA).
• 2PM-5PM: Fundraiser: Geisha Gardens, hosted by Lady Mia. Please Contact the Autocrats for prices.
• 3PM-5PM: A & S Classes.
• 7PM: Dinner Break.
• Household Activity Night.

Monday: Tear Down Camp.

• 8AM: Front gate opens.
• Noon: Site closes. Any people who have not cleared their site by 12:00 noon will pay Weber Memorial Park's extra day fee for the site.
